Microsoft 365 Business Premium is one of the most powerful tools a business can have, and one of the most underused. Most businesses use less than 20% of what’s in it.
For a lot of Kiwi businesses it’s email, Word and the odd Teams call. But there’s a whole layer of capability already sitting in your subscription that can save time, tighten security and give your team a real edge. This webinar walks through what you’re probably missing.
What’s covered
New security features. Bill covers some of the newer security tools in Business Premium, including Global Secure Access (think of it as a VPN for your Microsoft 365 data) and Token Protection, which ties sign-in tokens to a device so they can’t be stolen and reused elsewhere.
Copilot and AI. Ben explains Copilot, Microsoft’s built-in AI, and why its enterprise-grade data protection makes it a safer choice than public AI tools. He shows how to tell you’re using the secure version, plus some recent interface changes and new document editing features.
The apps most people never open. Ben demos several Business Premium apps that often go unused:
- Planner for projects and tasks, much like Asana or Trello, with templates, buckets and sharing.
- Lists for tracking items, approvals and workflows, with automation built in.
- Forms for surveys and data collection, with branching and Power Automate.
- Bookings for client appointments, without the back-and-forth emails.
- Loop for shared workspaces and components that update in real time.
- Clipchamp for video, including screen recording and AI features, great for training and how-to guides.
Why consolidating helps. Scott points out that using the Microsoft 365 tools you already have means fewer logins, data in one place and better security, because you depend on fewer outside apps.
A real automation. Ben also touches on automating document creation for a client using Microsoft 365, which saved them a lot of time.
