Questions people often ask us
Do we need to buy more tools to be secure?
Usually not. Most of our clients already own Defender, Entra ID and data loss prevention through their Microsoft 365 licences, they just aren’t switched on (or aren’t set up properly). We start with what you’re already paying for.
We have our own IT person. Can you work with them?
Absolutely, we do this a lot. Your IT person keeps the keys and the day-to-day relationships, and we add the Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure depth behind them.
Can you help us with Copilot?
Yes. We work with our friends at Kambium (they’re part of Kinetics Group too) on Copilot strategy and training. But we’ll usually want to tidy up your data and permissions first, because Copilot will find anything your people can access.
Do you work with not-for-profits?
We LOVE working with not-for-profits. We help them get the most out of Microsoft 365, including the nonprofit licensing, so more of the budget goes where it should.
