If we have KARE, do we still need cyber-insurance?
Yes, you do. KARE makes you a much harder target, but nobody can honestly promise you’ll never be hacked. And most insurers will want to see protections like these in place before they’ll cover you anyway.
What is SMB1001?
It’s a cyber security standard written for small and medium businesses in New Zealand and Australia. Our KARE plans are built in layers on SMB1001, so you can point to a recognised standard when your insurer or a client asks.
Do we have to commit to a long term?
No. You can have any KARE plan with no term, or save a bit by committing for 24 months.
We’ve got antivirus. Isn’t that enough?
